Studio Cambio is the design practice of Jenny Johnson & friends. We design brands and websites for good people doing good stuff.

About Jenny 👋

I'm a designer with close to a decade of experience working on projects spanning brand development, website design, and print materials, for sectors including charity, arts and culture, tourism, hospitality and tech – from start-ups to well-established organisations.

Before stepping into the freelance world in early 2020 I fine-tuned my craft within design roles at Bristol agencies, picking up valuable skills in delivering design projects from brief, right through to launch, covering planning, strategy, design, website development, print and production.

I love collaborating with passionate people who are driven to make a positive impact. I help organisations to uncover their unique brand personality and make sure their visual identity resonates both in the real world and online.

Why ‘Cambio’?

Cambio, inspired by the Portuguese word for 'exchange’, stands for my core belief that great design is all about sharing ideas. It’s not just about making things look good; I listen to my clients, bring together a talented team, and get down to work to help brands do good as well.

*I’m not Portuguese, I’m one of those friendly northerners, but Portugal is close to my heart because I have family and friends living there, and have had so many great times in the beautiful country! 💜

Meet the friends

I've made solid connections over my time in the industry, with talented people specialising in design, strategy, development, UX, copywriting, film, photography, illustration, animation, and social media. I put these connections to good use to create the perfect team for your project.
